Description

The empathy card workshop aims to better understand the needs, expectations, and emotions of clients, including internal clients such as our executives. By exploring what they think, how they act, and what they need to hear and see, participants develop a deeper, more human perspective on stakeholder needs.

This collaborative exercise helps understand how to speak the language of our leadership, and translate our projects into value creation drivers that will convince them.
