As part of an assignment with a client in the financial services and insurance sector, we are looking for a marketing advisor to support commercialization activities.

Job Description:

As a Marketing and Commercialization Advisor, you will be responsible for developing, deploying, and optimizing strategies and tactics aligned with business objectives. You will work closely with sales, customer experience, and digital strategy teams, particularly as part of one of our mandates related to the realities of the financial services and insurance sectors.

You will actively contribute to the acquisition and retention of B2B and B2C customers, while promoting the adoption of modern, performance-driven marketing practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic partner to business teams by recommending innovative and high-performing marketing initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.

  • Develop and implement commercialization plans, promotional campaigns, and integrated marketing tactics.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (customer experience, communications, marketing intelligence, digital) to ensure consistent and effective execution of initiatives.

  • Measure and analyze the performance of marketing actions, prepare reports, and provide recommendations for continuous optimization.

  • Ensure coordination between marketing, sales, and business development teams for the delivery of campaigns and tools.

  • Conduct strategic monitoring of market trends, customer behaviors, distribution networks, and the competition.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of marketing practices by integrating data-driven, customer experience-oriented, and innovative approaches.

  • Any other related duties.

Profile sought:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing, ideally in a strategy and commercialization context.

  • Experience in B2B marketing and digital marketing (strong asset).

  • Experience in the financial services or insurance sector (asset).

  • Strong analytical, planning, and coordination skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a collaborative environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).

  • Excellent command of French (spoken and written).

  • Good command of English (spoken and written) – bilingualism required.
